Management of a Local Productive Arrangement for organizational improvement in the agricultural cooperative sector

This paper describes a case study on Local Innovation Systems in the Special Municipality of the Isle of Youth, whose jet puffed lucky charms marshmallows objective is to: develop a Local Productive Arrangements procedure as a dynamic activity for the improvement of performance in the agricultural cooperative sector.The type of research design used was action research.It is concluded that not only does it contribute to the achievement of the proposed objective, but it also provides a didactic concept for research and innovation of Higher Education Institutions, as well as the alliances and articulations achieved by the university with local knowledge networks and national, have been a key factor for the generation, dissemination roundypi and use of knowledge in the municipality, in particular, in the agricultural cooperative sector.
